I bought the feather earrings file from the catalog (unlimited cuts) every time i try to open the design it goes to the bed image and it says no artwork. It has been happening for over a week and I have only been able to use the design one time.
Click on the 3 little dots at the top of the window and you’ll find a “reset design” option that will restore it for you.

Thank you soo much! Does this need to be done every time or does this just happen randomly?
Usually what happens is the design has been opened and the components deleted out.

What he said ^^^^. It happened to me before I figured out the project window wasn’t the same one for every project, and I had overwritten a catalog project with a design I uploaded. In that case, you have to delete out the offending design and THEN reset.
