I used the Candy Cane countdown last year. I was working on it today and now I can’t upload the image. It keeps saying " Rendering your image" then kicks me out. I restarted the site and my laptop. Any help would be great.
I would try opening the file in a different browser and then contact support if it still wouldn’t open.
