Unable to view personal SVGs unable to start new design by uploading SVGs

Hi, I am currently unable view my personal SVGs and I cannot upload a new SVG. I have opened a ticket, I was wondering if others are having this issue

Having the same exact issue as well as unable to design anything at all right now. It won’t import shapes – basically just acts like it is going to add something to the canvas and then never does. I’ve done all the typical troubleshooting like clearing cahe, switching browsers, etc. This is a rough time of year to have the service go down.

Same here. I tried calling customer support, the 1888-8glowforge number and it just hangs up

I just updated chrome and was able to upload again. Are you all on Chrome?

OK, it’s back up and running now. Seems to be working. Hope everyone else is able to get their projects cut!
