I’m currently having an issue with my machine. It’s pausing the job before even starting. I’ve tried troubleshooting every possible solution and not even support could figure out the issue. Wanted to see if this is an issue people are recently having.
Hi did you get a fix for this? Mine has started to do this, this afternoon and I’m baffled, the only thing I could find is regarding temperature, which it is very hot in the UK right now so could be due to the heat. But the machine doesn’t feel hot at all.
The machine itself won’t feel hot at all…
If it’s caused by the machine being too hot, the logs would show it - and support has access to the logs as they are uploaded thru the cloud. That said, perhaps the people you’re dealing with aren’t the ones who know what to look for.
In all the years I’ve had a machine, I didn’t ever have it pause - and it gets quite hot here in Atlanta every summer.
Hello! Well it printed a couple of images and then next day was going to print another image and it paused on me again. Temperature inside the glowforge ranges 71 to 73 degrees. It’s very frustrating. Do you have any idea what I could try to do?
Again, you need support to look at the logs.
Just because your thermometer says 71-73, the sensor(s) the machine uses may say something different, i.e. they may be defective, covered in debris, whatever…
