So I notice my Glowforge plus will not support and image but did for 4 years of use. And ideas? See attached images

There is a glitch in the interface - lots of folks having this issue. Sometimes it works to save the file as a png (if it is a jpg) or use a different browser. Contact support as I know others have to see if they can get this fixed.

Hi I have this image that I downloaded and I am make some food safe boards however I would like to make a change to this image not sure where I can Learn how to make a change to the image, can someone recommend where can get some help I know YouTube however I’ve not been able to find what I am looking for, I wish to a a circle to the to of the bears so I can make it that some can attached to a key chain of course it will be smaller and I have many different colored material I can use….. I want to be able to start selling them online.
I can work I have a vision and hearing impairment and I was fired from my job a while ago and up until resent was concerned about using Michael Forge now I feel much more comfortable and I wanna be able to contribute to the household expenses even if its a small about and it makes me feel useful.

To add a circle around this design, you can use a free file that is available here in the forum. Here is a link to the file. Right click the file and save as an svg to your computer. Upload the file to your Glowforge dashboard. Then you have access to all sorts of cut shapes. You can resize them as you need. If you have the Glowforge premium subscription, you can simply add a circle from the add art tab.
