Updates on machine replacement?

I’ve been waiting weeks for a reply to my initial problem and still haven’t heard back. Was told about a week ago a new machine was being shipped but tracking info hasn’t been provided. Support has stopped replying to my emails - I’d like an update since my initial request was almost one month ago…
