My software on the computer just says updating where it would normally say ready. Is this happening to anyone else? It doesn’t seem like anything is happening.

Have you tried opening the app in a different browser? I am not experiencing this behavior.

I turned the machine on and off a few times and it cleared it. I wonder why it was stuck on this. I’m sure at some point the software gets updated but it just didn’t seem like it was doing anything. Thanks


It likely was updating and then a glitch in the WiFi got it stuck, and the reboot cleared the glitch so it could finish. Clearing the cache would likely have also fixed it.
