There used to be a restaurant downtown in manhattan called the Royal Canadian Pancake House that served something called a womlet. Omelet of your choice on one side, waffle one the other, magically cooked together into a single mass. Those were the days. (They also had pancakes roughly the size of manhole covers. I don’t know as anyone ever got through a short stack.)

it really was, one was bacon the other pepperoni the pepperoni was better. did a light toast to get the dampness out of them then did them on the stove open faced till the cheese started to go then closed it up and finished it out
