Brand new to here. Machine cut once, hasn’t worked since. Contacted support and got one email back, did the “GOGM” test (still doesn’t cut) an hour ago and sent the response email within minutes of his. Is this how long it takes between emails to get support?!? I am so incredibly frustrated. Although I knew it was email for support I didn’t imagine each response taking upwards of an hour(s)? Is there no other way for contact? As a first time owner Im feeling like I’ve made a huge mistake.
Sounds like they’re speeding up – recently it’s been around 1 business day for a response. Definitely frustrating when you are out of commission, but once they get to you, they’ll take really good care of you.
FYI posting here in P&S opens another support ticket, and duplicate tickets are one of the things that slow down their response times.
Hang in there, they’ll get you back up and running asap!
