Waiting for answer

I was going back and forth via email about a year ago.
I needed to send my machine back I was told.
I could not financially do so at the time.
I sent an email a week ago asking about a shipping label and the packing box to send it back.
I received a reply asking what was the issue. I told him…
Still waiting to hear back.

These machines cost way to much to have them stop working the way they do.
There are definitely some flaws that need to be fixed.
Customer service needs to improve as well
