Waiting on email/responses taking too long

Had a problem previously posted that the topic was closed and was told I would be receiving an email about a replacement part based off of photos I had sent. It has been two weeks and no email I followed up and it has been 9 days without a response to that either. Very frustrating when you are stalled for this long on a project.

You didn’t say it, but have you double checked that any email response did not go to a junk mail folder?
