Website error

Hi I am getting a message saying Internal website error
The status wheel keeps spinning on centering

I need some help please

Did you try closing the app, and refreshing the browser, then re-opening the file?

After several rounds of doing that it just started working
Is this a sign of impending doom?

How would I know when it was time to replace the laser head? would there signs and symptoms i should look for?

The laser head is not replaceable. The whole machine would have to be repaired/refurbished.

Nobody here has had one fail (yet…)

I saw other laser machines specify a number of hrs the laser is good for which is why I asked.

The laser tube can be replaced, but that also requires sending the unit in.

The tube was estimated to last two years, but many are still going strong after three years.

Ok so thats something I will have to prepare for
I use mines every day sometimes 14-16hrs each day
