I just went to turn my machine on and it made a zap sound and wont turn on
That’s not great.
It sounds like it may be a power supply issue. I’d call support. Their info:

Yup, and the link I gave provides hours too, which do change periodically.

I called and talked to them of course they want more money to send out a replacement which i do not have
