Hi, this morning my glowforge had a sticky yellow substance in it. it was on the screen and on the bed in places. it feels kind of oily I don’t think it’s water. the hose was disconnected from the outdoor exhaust so I don’t think it’s condensation maybe it’s coolant? i didn’t notice til i turned it on and the fan was louder than normal, in back I think. I didn’t want to test so I just disconnected everything and also emailed support
Definitely sounds like a coolant leak. Posting here opened a new Support ticket - so you’ll hear from there either here or back through email.
