I have been using my glowforge pro for a few years now. I have recently moved & need to access my new wifi. My hub is quite a distance from my glowforge. I have several ‘boosters’ but only have a descent signal on my computer, using my net gear extension. When I go into the reset the page on the computer it just shows blank. Is the glow forge & my computer not getting enough signal strength?

It is really hard to answer this question. Have you successfully connected your Glowforge to your new wifi after holding the print button down until it turned teal and going through the setup process?

The app.glowforge.com page is accessible whether or not your machine is connected to WiFi - when you say it’s blank, can you not get to that page? If so, that’s an issue with your PC that you’d need to solve before worrying about your

I am now up and running again - woohoo. I was recommended a wonderful booster system for my wifi and a lovely guy came in to adjust it for me. I am soooo happy.
