What is Support's turnaround time for emails and other form of contact?

We received our Pro on Wed. Set it up that night and tried our first cuts and there were problems. I emailed photos to support and received a reply yesterday morning. We executed their requests steps and replied last night… and I’ve heard nothing from them today.

We’re trying to be patient, but we’re a bit frustrated and wondering if this purchase was a mistake. Is there any way to contact Glowforge via phone?

~1-2 days, but sometimes sooner. No phone support.

Posting here opens a second support ticket which may slow things down as well.
