When I turn on the machine it doesn't do anything

2nd machine in a month… it was working fine yesterday but tonight all it does is slowly move the head around… it will let me pick my design to cut, but then sends an error.
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. this machine has been so unreliable and I have wasted my money.
At this point I would be interested in a refund.

Are you getting an error on your screen when you try and print? Do you have an image of your screen at that time when you try and print?

That is the kind of error that speaks of wifi issues. The Glowforge is very particular to have clean wifi during uploads and downloads. I am not very expert. but there are others here that are.
