When will I hear back from Glowforge Support

I am opening a new support request as I feel my original one has been filed/lost.

I have not heard back from GF support and I would like to know if I am receiving assistance, if the part has been located, and by when can I expect to receive it.

it is now the 5th day since my GF stopped working, and I consider this enough time to be able to get to me and help me with my problem.

You can look back on my logs to see my issue. Let me know if I need to write up everything again.
