Yep. It is. Well I should clarify that. The login username is your email. The username you use for your profile here is obviously just janice.

It defaults to your email well actually everything prior to the @ symbol, but you can find it if you click on your profile pic in the top right corner then click on the little gear icon.
cant modify it though 
I think a message to support might be abel to get that changed if you’d like.
