Where is Tech Support?

I was working with a guy at Glowforge named Pip over email since early last week to resolve an issue with my fan not sucking smoke out of the GF. I haven’t heard from him since our last email exchange for 6 days now. I submitted all the info, photos, and videos requested, but I can’t get a response from anyone at Glowforge. Is anyone else having this same issue? My unit has been down for 2 weeks now and my customers are starting to get very angry with me since I can’t give them a timeline on when their orders will be complete. Disappointed…
