Where is the stamp button for my Pro

Where is the stamp button for my Pro? Am I missing a software update?

They have been moving some stuff around. Highlight something and you get a bar on the right, in that bar there is an icon third from the bottom, when you click it , it brings up another sub bar that has stamp.

I’ll add, a lot of the menus only appear when you have the appropriate art selected.

Which they did to save space, but can be confusing!
