My machine stopped mid-print and the magic button is orange. Upon further inspection, I discovered that my white ribbon cable was also damaged. Glowforge Support please help.

Did you receive an automated response? If not, they didn’t get your email. If you did, they will contact you for sure.
Or also, an email is received but the auto-reply ends up in the junk/spam/whatever mailbox.
