Why Cant connect to WIFI

I recently moved and now that Im trying to get it up and running again I can t get it to connect to the WIFI, Ive tried the trouble shooting suggestions with 2G, called my internet for support and even tried my husbands router for work and it still wont connect, please send help!

Have you tried to use your phone’s hotspot to see if you can connect that way? It helps to know if it’s a wi-fi issue or not…

so then you tried your husband’s router? it has to be the 2.4GHz band.

We got a new router when we moved.

Yes then tried my husbands that he uses for work to be able to make sure it was the 2g and nada

well the WIFI connection is more than a little picky. which is why my router/access point is 4 feet from BEAMER.
