Everytime I have to setup my WFI through the setup download to use my machine. I have it set to 2.4 ghz, the router is nearby, and I still have to set it upp everytime.
Is there a setting somewhere that I need to click?

You should only have to set up your Aura one time, so this is not normal behavior. Do you routinely turn your wifi off? Do you unplug the Aura when you are not using it? Neither of these things should make a difference, but I am just trying to identify something that would alter the connectivity.
You should definitely contact Glowforge support regarding this behavior.

Wi-Fi is always on. Glowforge remains plugged in. I literally set it up. Cut something. Then have to set-up again sometime during the time it takes to find another design.

The machine shows “offline” immediately after the print? Does the print complete, the head returns to the home position, a picture is taken of the finished project and then your interface shows offline?

It will finish and the head goes to the top left corner and rests. Then, when I return to the task I picked-out, the browser shows offline, “print” is faded, with a request for me to complete setup with a provided link in the upper portion of my browser.

A good way to determine if the problem is your wifi stability or your machine, you can run the setup process using your phone as the access point rather than your wifi. If you successfully set up the Aura this way and it remains connected after a print or two then the problem could be your wifi.
As I suggested earlier, contact Glowforge support.
