This indicates the user interface isn’t getting a response from your GF. I suggest you restart your WiFi router and/or the GF itself. You may also want to look into what may have changed in the last little bit that might lead to network issues - additional traffic, your neighbors WiFi interfering, etc.
While @ben1 is correct, I ran into the same issue late Saturday through mid-afternoon today and suspect it was an issue on the backend. My unit was working smoothly then started hiccuping. All better now – hope your’s clears up too.
I did unplug the router for 30 seconds and that seem to have fixed it.Thank you both, have a great evening.

Interesting, mine went offline a couple of time Saturday too. Luckily it was only briefly though.
