After spending a ton on these machines…and then additional dollars on extended warranties, why is it impossible to get a live person to talk to?! I just got a refurb replacement with issues and am being told they want to send me another refurb. Days of emailing back and forth…and can’t get anyone to just talk to me?? Really regretting this purchase.
i think its a curse of success, Intentions where good, but then cost / loss of profit kicked in
why I love that the company TRIED to be a good customer service company, the snowball
rolled over them… and we are left with this now.
Try calling one of their sales reps and ask them to put you in touch with support. Somebody on here said that worked.
