Made a new helpful video on how to use a digital caliper and the importance of knowing exact material size. If you don’t have a digital caliper yet, I would suggest you get one if you ever plan on doing any 3d prints. This video will hopefully help clear up questions you may have on material thickness, slots sizes, kerf, etc. This is just how I do it, thought I would share, hope it helps you out:
