I have just gotten my glowforge back in service after having forever due to waiting to find someone to service my GF. It was due to the glass lid coming unglued coming unnattached.Also the was such a minute notch in the ribbon .
Now my machine is not operational and its offline. I have gone through the normal trouble shooting of turning everything off waiting and turning back on. the modem and router are both working and my wifi is showing fully connected on my computer. I need help…I remember a situation like this when I first got my GF in 2020.
Can any one help me …I really am anxious to get started again but this is tripping me up and it is very frustrating! Please help!!! Is it GF server
Glowforge Support has a phone number you can call.
I wouldn’t normally refer you to them except that Wi-Fi issues can be difficult to diagnose, and this is what they do all day.

Does it connect if you use your phone? That might be helpful to make sure it’s not a wi-fi issue…

Did you try resetting the wifi by holding down the print button until it flashes teal and then following the setup instructions as you did when you received the machine?

Who serviced your machine? You might need to set up wifi connection again, if they tested the machine before sending it back, it might be connected to their wifi.
If this is a refurbished machine that was sent to you, which i don’t remember if that was an option right now, that would be a different machine, and you’d have to elect the new machine name after setting up the wifi.
