My new glowforge was working fine and now its says its offline
Have you double checked on the wifi connection? Making sure your wifi is on and that the Glowforge is connected to it?
Yes nothing worked still says offline
Have you tried deleting it out of the wifi connection and start over? Shutting off the machine and turning it back on?

Same problem and I’m in the middle of a project. No troubleshooting is working. So freaking ridiculous that the Glowforge is internet dependent.
while that internet dependency can be a hassle. It does allow your GF to be upgraded on the fly. Which by and large is a good thing.
