I have only had my glowforge for about a month and randomly it doesn’t cut a straight horizontal line in this project. It is clear acrylic and only happens once in awhile. What could be the problem?

Broken carriage wheel.
Remove the laser head and inspect the wheels that ride on the gantry.
First steps on the air assist fan service show how to remove the head:

Check the wheels on your laser head carriage. Chances are you have a broken one.
