I have been using my glowforge for two years with no issue. I was almost done with an order and on the last one, the head is getting stuck. I am engraving wooden lids. All the others went fine. The head is getting stuck and engraving the same spot and it jumped before being stuck. I have cleaned it, checked everything over and everytning is moving fine.
