You have a cracked wheel or your belt tension is all wrong. Did you just recently remove/replace your carriage plate belt?

no I haven’t replaced anything just turned it on today after 2 weeks of not using it and it started doing this
Look closely at all of the wheels. Start with the ones on the carriage plate. Look for cracks.

Until you figure it out, you can do your prints on cardboard from a shipping box or some scraps of material that doesn’t cost so much.
