Hello, is anyone having issues with having to set up wi fi on their Aura every single time? Sometimes it takes 5 times to go through the whole set up until it works. I haven’t gotten it to work this time yet. I’m getting super frustrated
I can certainly understand your frustration. You shouldn’t have to connect to wifi every time you use it. I just finished using mine and I’ve never lost connection. I doubt very much that it’s the Aura, but is an unstable wifi connection. I don’t really know enough to help you, sorry…but, I’m guessing someone else may chime in with some suggestions.

If you’ve completed the initial set-up you shouldn’t have to go through that again unless you change the WiFi or the password.
That being said, if your 
is showing as offline it’s definitely frustrating.

Verify your router isn’t shutting off the 2.4Ghz channel some of the newer ones do that automatically - and it’s frustrating!

If your router is very close, or very far away from your
it may not be able to hold the signal. Try moving one or the other and see if it settles.
If neither of those help, there are a bunch more things you can try - but those two solve a lot of folks’ issues!

Thanks, I’ll try something tomorrow. I don’t have many options on where I can move anything & I don’t have new router or anything

You do have to lift the lid to wake up your Aura if it’s been on standby for awhile. It will show up as offline until you do that.
