I’m so sad! I got new GF pro today and have gone through the WiFi setup process over ten times but cannot get it to connect the the network. The glowforge connects to the computer just fine but the next step connecting the the network is the problem. I have to confirmed it’s 2.4 not 5, verified the network password, the GF is about three feet from the router so the signal is strong. I don’t know what else to do! Please help.

How close is your Pro to your wifi connection?

Do you get the same error if you try using your phone’s hotspot instead of your house wifi?
do you have anything else that might be sucking up bandwidth?
