Will not connect

I have been trying to set yo GF for 2 days and I am unable to connect

I have mover router to same room, reset everything, triple checked Wifi password. I keep getting this message… you would think something this expensive would be easier to set up…

Also have emailed support 5-6 times with no response

Have you checked that your wifi network is 2.4GHz and not 5GHz?
Another thing to try connecting to the hotspot on your cell phone. If that works then you know for sure it’s something in your WIFI network and not the GF itself.
