Glowforge will not cut through any materials, I have wasted many materials because of this.
Support is going to probably need a little more information in order to help you out…when was the last failed print that you had? What kind of material?
If you want to post a picture of the failed cut, someone might have an idea about it, or you can print the Gift of Good Measure on any proofgrade material, so Support can evaluate it. (You can post the pictures, front and back, from that and they can sometimes tell what’s going on.)

A good practice is to use a piece of tape to lift the cut from the material while ensuring the material doesn’t move. If it isn’t cut you can run the cut again. Not the optimum outcome, but you can stop wasting material.
This^^ is because the Gift of good Measure is a known file, and support can evaluate the performance of your machine based on the results. You can save a bit of back-and-forth by giving them those pictures they are going to ask for. If it was proofgrade material and it didn’t cut properly, they will reimburse the cost of the material. They also have the ability to adjust the machine" settings remotely.

Having the same issue and my machine never has issues… other people are having problems also
It’s best if you open your own support ticket by posting separately. They only handle issues on an individual basis.

machine is not cutting through 1/4 inch maple. I have used same pattern and it cut before
