I’m unable to login to the windows based app. It doesn’t recognize my username or password, yet here I am, logged in on the web based side. Chat has been less than helpful. ANYONE have this issue. My GF disconnected and i’m now stuck.
Presuming you mean app.glowforge.com, your login there isn’t necessarily the same one as you use to login to the community. Are you certain your using the correct email/password?
There is an option to have it reset.
If you mean your physical Glowforge won’t connect, can you give specifics of what you’ve done and the results? Does it move around but fail, does it make clicking noises, etc.?
So when you click the Dashboard tab from this page, what happens?
