Won't cut straight

Having such problems getting straight cuts and nice looking engraving. The cassette postcard was done on proof board and still problems

Welcome to the forum.
I think you may have a broken wheel, problematic belt tension or a broken pulley wheel. Is this new behavior?

Looks like either dirt on the belts, tracks, or a wheel may be cracked or dirt on them .

Visually inspect the wheels on the carriage plate and the pulley rollers on the side. As for the belt tension, here is a link to Support: Adjust the Carriage Plate Belt Tension – Glowforge

Thanks. Looks like it was a broken wheel. Hope it doesnt take long to get a replacement

When they contact you, ask for an additional set so then you will then on hand, just in case.
