I have been working with glowforge for a few days. I have print and engraved files before and now I can’t upload them in my dashboard. I have cut multiples. They say its my file but I sent to several other owners and they can engrave and cut. problem started when the free trial ended but I pay for the service. I need to be able to use it. Customer service is too slow for the cost we pay for these machines

Are you getting an error message? Have you tried dragging the files directly onto the interface rather than uploading? If you have already cut the file, isn’t it in the Dashboard already?
Try a different file and see if it uploads. Try a different browser.
