Just got mu glow forge and it horrible, not cutting through!!! i will return product.
Could you post pictures of the Gift of Good Measure on draftboard that show what isn’t cutting through? Is it close to cutting all the way through. Things to check. The material must be absolutely flat on the honeycomb tray. Any warp will influence the outcome. Make sure the optics are clean. Sometimes installing the printhead can result in a smudge on a window.

Sorry for the bad experience, however this forum is full of helpful tips and helpful people. Most of have had some frustrating days but most of us love this tool. I recommend reading a while here and looking at what others have been able to do before returning it.
