Used the glowforge this morning with no issues. A few hours later went to demo it for a friend interested in buying one and after turning it on it wouldnt move past focusing. I have completed all the steps i saw for others reporting the same:
-Power cycled all devices
-Cleaned all lenses
-Checked all ribbon connections
-While off, re-positioned head under camera in the center
After all of this, it still just is sitting at “Focusing” and has been for 2 hours. Not sure where to go from here. Hoping the logs grant some insight as to what is going on.
