Wrong PG sent - ticket # 67422


Having some trouble getting an answer from the Support Team on this, which is weird because some other parallel issues have been jumped on and resolved sooper-fast.

I logged an issue at the beginning of last week. A Proof-grade order I received had (among the correct stuff) 6 sheets of Thick Draftboard, rather than the 3 sheets of thick and 3 sheets of medium that I ordered.

I got the auto-reply email, but nothing since. I even pinged back an email at the end of last week and then again yesterday asking for a status and still nothing.
