Oh no! I’m so sorry your print didn’t quite turn out.
Since rebooting your machine solved it, it’s very likely the printer head bumped something during travel. The crumb tray accommodates materials that are up to 0.5” thick, or the tray can be removed to accommodate materials up to 2” thick.
