My Glowforge’s yellow light is on.
I have already checked the internet connection, cleaned the ventilation and checked the camera cables and those of the laser head. Nothing is noticeable.
What else can I do?
Contact support, they can check the logs and might be able to see what the issue is.

do you know there is a live chat because the support has not been in touch for days.

There is not. Contact form on the support page is the only way to reach them, and it can take several business days for them to get in touch.
