Hello! I opened up my Glowforge last night and set it up, read each instruction carefully, started cutting the free gift of good measure keychain it requested and it started cutting. Halfway thru the engraving, my machine stopped engraving and kept moving but wasn’t engraving. Can anyone help with a solution? I messaged customer service but haven’t heard back yet.
Double/triple check that the white cable is securely clicked into the printhead.
