Hi everyone, it’s been a while since I’ve been here. Sadly the first post of my comeback is to ask for help.
As I opened my beloved pro and continued to prep for my library event to make a paper soccer ball (totalling >80 letter size), my first run encountered a yellow light, and if I restart the machine, it is stuck in focusing without changing the picture (I’ve removed the material).
I tried:
0, the drawing shouldn’t have a problem since I worked on it the other day
1, cleaning the lens
2, checking the cables
3, cleaning the air fan
4, restart after all the above, and the machine saw the new material and started printing again, but got stuck after a few seconds with the yellow light again
I’m in urgent mode here since I still have to cut about 60 sheets… Thanks!
