My machine can’t print. It’s connected to WiFi, and it’s supposed to start calibration but does not. Instead it makes a light grinding noise intermittently. This is what it looks and sounds like. And I noticed that the belt on the right is looser than the left.
Did you remove all of the packing pieces?

If the grinding is like in this thread you’ll want to scroll down to the end where @jaz gives four steps to follow.
Since you mentioned belt tension, when you’re moving the gantry with the unit turned off, you’ll want to note whether it moves smoothly and symmetrically and appears to have all the wheels on the tracks properly.
