Your glowforge is ready to shi.. 404 error

Hi there,

I need to rep-open this. - Not working still. Now i’m getting the error Unnecessary secondary unit designator and/or number

Please advise?

I (finally) received my your glowforge will ship email. I clicked on the link and filled out my info and the submit button was dead. (yes address was correct per UPS system.)

I sent in an email and two days later heard we are looking into it. another day later i hear crickets.

I clicked on the link again and got a 404 error. This is really not cool Glowforge!

Can someone please help fix this issue or contact me?
