Despite some people saying that veg tan does not smell the leather I used in this project IS veg tan leather I got from Tandy. It cuts beautifully and has been great to work with. However, when you get down to it leather is animal skin and everything has a smell when it is burned. In this case, its just an unpleasant one.
But I love the fragrance of charred flesh…MWAHAHAHAHAHHA!!
Lolol, just kidding, just kidding…my kids have been on a serious Halloween / Haunted House kick the last few days from all the stores already stocking Halloween stuff, and we’ve been playing haunted house so much that this was just the first thing that came to mind.
