Can you cut photo paper?

Hi everyone! My dad has sent me some images on photo paper he wants me to turn into a puzzle. Can you laser photo paper? I’m thinking it might be better to cut it to the same SVG I create on the cricut, then glue it to wood?

Glue first then cut. Most people use chipboard as a substrate.

Most photo papers cut great. I have had great luck making nice photo puzzles by binding the photo to Draftboard, then covering with mod podge, and then cutting after the mod podge has dried.
